We can provide various packages including Tenant Find Only, Rent Collection Service and Full Property Management. We use an external referencing company on all applicants to obtain a variety of references for your prospective tenants — from a comprehensive credit report, employment reference, previous landlord reference, verified bank statements, etc.

 

If you choose to register your deposit through Estates and Avenues, this will be protected by The Deposit Protection Service. Who are authorised by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to provide tenancy deposit protection in England and Wales.

We also offer the option to provide individual services if you chose to find your own tenants including refencing only, inventories, check in and check out appointments. We can also arrange cleaning and property maintenance.
